Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original Shipping Costs

For EU customers, original standard shipping fees are refunded in accordance with EU consumer laws when returning a product. This does not apply to express shipping options. Customers outside the EU—including Norway, the UK, Australia, Canada, and South Korea—are not eligible for original shipping cost refunds.
