We ship worldwide with free standard shipping. All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

  • Hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen chambers: 30–50 business days from order confirmation

  • Soft-shell hyperbaric oxygen chambers: 25–40 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by customs clearance, carrier capacity, remote locations, or events outside our control. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Duties and taxes
Prices shown include all applicable taxes and import duties where stated on the product page. 

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Damaged on arrival
If a shipment arrives with visible damage, notify us within 48 hours at info@oxyphora.com and include photos of the packaging and product.

Refused or unclaimed deliveries
Refused or unclaimed deliveries may be treated as returns under our Return and Refund Policy.
