Customers should consult a healthcare professional before using the products, particularly if they have pre-existing conditions or are undergoing medical treatment. Oxyphora is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
12. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Oxyphora reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or supply issues.
Prices are listed in EUR/USD (or another currency) and include all applicable charges such as VAT, sales tax, customs duties, and import fees where required. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Oxyphora ships worldwide but cannot guarantee delivery times due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Oxyphora is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Prices include applicable VAT, sales tax, and import duties where required. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
14. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Oxyphora reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for used, damaged, or altered products.
Due to the made-to-order nature of some products, returns are limited. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
15. Warranty and Repairs
What is Covered:
Oxyphora provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [1–5 years, depending on the product] from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, Oxyphora will provide:
- Free replacement of spare parts required to fix manufacturing defects.
- Video or written instructions to assist customers or technicians with repairs.

- Technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- If the product cannot be repaired, Oxyphora may, at its discretion, provide a replacement unit or part (subject to availability).
All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and must be reported within the warranty period.
What is NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration).
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing not approved by Oxyphora.
- Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, power surges, or unsuitable electrical setup.
- Environmental factors (humidity, heat, cold, storage conditions).
- Accessories (e.g., power cords, adapters, remotes) unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for warranty claims are not covered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxyphora, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or products.
17. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oxyphora, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from their use of the website or products.
